Jack Huang Cloud Hands training

We need more Tai Chi instructors like Jack Huang. He distills the moves into practical techniques for the general audience. I understand that this is very low level, but I believe that this type of training with simultaneous internal training works very well. I've discovered many things by exploring and changing some hard style movements into circular, soft style motions. Especially where reciprocating motion can speed up the next technique. Some people need to perform techniques hard before learning to refine them into soft and hard.

TAI CHI STRIKING POLE: SHORT POWER

Hmmm... I get what this gentlemen is saying but it seems from the video that he's breaking the structure. His head is down and spine is not straight. I would agree that this will help anyone strike better with the body surfaces being used.

Master Wong's Combat Tai Chi

I enjoy watching these videos. I think he's the only Tai Chi guy that does self-defense with reasonably aggressive and somewhat realistic attacks! Check him out on Youtube, http://www.youtube.com/user/138mws.

Ziyi Zhang vs. Michelle Yeoh best fight scene ever

I'm so in love with these women.. oh wait... Wait... I mean, they have such great technique and skill (forget the wires). But seriously, this is a fantastically choreographed scene. Michele Yeoh is my favorite martial woman!

Older Aikido Demonstration 2

So few seem to know it like the the old timers. Life is to short and sometimes there seems to be too much in the way to seek the true way. The archaic knowledge of experience over time. Like in Tai Chi, these guys have this knowledge all wrapped up in time and dedication. As always, thanks to those who share these videos.

Deadly Aikido

It’s all deadly in the hands of a skilled master. This is great footage of classic Aikido and Jiujitsu. I do love the manipulation of your opponent through redirection and joint/body manipulation.
