Steven Seagal: Lawman: Aikido Master

I really enjoy watching Mr. Seagal teach and listening to him talk. He should do more of this, I think he will get more pleasure and satisfaction from life. He clearly has a lot to offer students.

Wing Chun Fighting

I love Wing Chung! The hand motions are natural, but effective. This is a great little sample of a good drill. Just grab a friend that's got the same interest and duplicate what you see! While there is much more too it... you have to start somewhere! And, nobody starts out on red meat, but on Momma's milk. In martial arts, that means you start with what you can copy and comprehend. Too much information becomes overwhelming!
